Camp Bug
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but when an account starts new, only one camp is spawned. Even after waiting multiple hours (overnight), the new account is just spawning one camp. Is this a design feat...

I think this is by default Speir, to fit in with the first few missions on the side.
ie, hit the camp, lvl up your OL, hit the next higher lvl spawned camp etc etc.
I never saw more than 1 camp spawn at a time at the start, unless you are in an alliance and next to other members.
