Can’t purchase funds for C&C Alliances

I have been trying for days to purchase funds for C&C Alliances, I get to the security screen and click on the fund button it just puts the spinning wheel up that never gets anywhere.

    the issue should have been resolved. if you still have the problem, could you give the world and time when you tried to buy funds please.
