Cannot change to another world eventhough all cookies and cache

I noticed that sometimes its already enough to log out, close the browser, open it again and sign back in and it will work, without clearing cache and cookies.

Also, as @gamerdruid has pointed out: older Internet Explorer versions are not really supported by us anymore. We currently support Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.
