Cannot change to another world eventhough all cookies and cache

Stop the "bs" it is not a browser problem ,the problem is at the source,remove that false pretend of emptying caches and cookies it does absolutely NOTHING. The problem is NOT on the players side but STRICTLY from EA, Envision or both!
