Cannot change worlds..says EA has redirected me too many times...

Not enough to help, multiple redirections are solved by allowing third party cookies. If you have them turned off, that error message appears when trying to change worlds but also when trying to buy funds.
Did you guys even try it?
Allow third party cookies, doesn't mean clearing cookies. And yes, indeed a Chrome issue, and all Chrome based browsers.
