cannot upgrade my troops despite on i have enough resources

tiber 47, has a lot of bugs, i cannot upgrade units in my bases, cannot see other members in my alliance attack in/out history, simulating bases always lead to slowdown the site until i close the site...

Thank you for the screenshots of the attacks. It does look strange and maybe on Monday an explanation maybe forthcoming.
