Can't build defense MG

Question

Hi,On Tiberian 41 I have a base with 290/300 defense points.Impossible to build Mg or black hand, icons are grayed out.But I can build Flak and it cost the same number of points.Defense HQ at 100 % - level 28 Defense Facility at 100 % - level 24 Under Chrome I have disabled all scripts, cleared the cache and restarted several times.Same problem with Firefox.ThanksP.S sorry for my english

Usually when a unit is greyed out it means that it has not been researched.

Hello druid,I already have 2 Mg and black hands on this base, they are already researched. No more problems, today I can build MG. But again the same problem on another base, this time i can't build Rocket Squad with 6 defense points available.I can't attach a screenshot, here's a link : https://prnt.sc/q2xqaw

Does the problem still exist if you refresh the page with F5?

Yes the problem still exist, but yesterday  everything comes back in order.
