Can't buy funds!

I have been unable to purchase any funs for months. I was getting a message saying can not redirect funds. Now it tells me that funds are not available in my country. I contacted E.A help desk, they said there is nothing they can do. Now they sent me an email saying that they are working on it and they will get back to me. I have been in a couple of games for more than two years. Just when we are coming to an end it sucks that I can't keep up the pace. A bit of a let down to all in the game.
