Can't log into any of my accounts

Can't log into any of my accounts or switch server from main page. All I get is site can't be reached. Tried firefox, crome , IE, cleared browsers and cookies. Everything was working fine before maintenance. Just don't get how running maintenance screws everything up it should make it all work better. What kind of maintenance are you guys performing

    We are working on stabilizing the new servers that we moved the worlds to. Unfortunately we will have to wait for the data center to implement the load optimization for the hardware. We hope this will be resolved today still.

    ok thanks, it seems to be timing out during the handshake or establishing secure connection if it helps at all.
