cant login - problems on 4 May 2018

Can't login to the game. Word Tib 34. Getting Error 500.

If they were your accounts initially and you set the security questions carefully (ie you will know the answers) then support at EA can help get back lost accounts where the email address is no longer valid.

Try using the chat facility in EA help.
