I see the problem - I do have some sympathy, but you must have set up two factor authentication initially as it is not on by default. I have multiple accounts and many don't have TFA (I couldn't cope with all those Text SMS messages every time I log in from a different machine). You need to contact http://www.ea.com/help who have systems in place if you can 'prove' you are the owner of the account by answering some of the questions set when the account was set up.
