cant login - problems on 4 May 2018
Can't login to the game. Word Tib 34. Getting Error 500.

ok clearing everything in chrome has allowed me change servers - however i am a bit surprised by the the quote made by a moderator
"Some players have had poor grasp of computer systems and grew lazy in logging and haven't been able to get into the game because they forgot the username/password combinations they used that had been stored for them"
the mod may be right that some players have different abilities in computer literacy - however surely its EAs responsibility to make the game as clean concise and easy for everyone to use and understand after its the paying public who pay their wages.
