I can't log in to any of the servers
I've tried clearing my cache and also using another browser (I usually use Google Chrome; I've tried Firefox), and the problem is the same in both cases. I tried to use the links that were recommended for similar problems of players in this forum, the problem is not solved.
No, I'm not tech support nor an employee of EA or EE. Your country is relevant because political issues and war around the world mean some places have technical blocks in place, the operating system is relevant as some differences are OS specific.
If you expect a result from an enquiry in a forum which is for players to assist players and not provide data to assist with that help then OK, that is your choice.
As the employee has already stated, https://help.ea.com/en is where you need to go.
d396cjxuaiez Have you tried contacting https://help.ea.com/en as connection issues from Russia are more likely to be resolved by them rather than other players. There maybe a different link for the Russian language, possibly https://help.ea.com/ru
1. I don't think this can be considered a working version of the technical support site.
2. If access to EA is restricted in some countries, then reasonable people inform about it in advance in a prominent place. And also that a certain version of Windows can no longer support this game.
3. I wrote on the forum because I naively assumed that technical support staff go to the forum and read the messages, but apparently this is not accepted in the civilized world.

Правда сначала перестали грузиться только два сервера

и

Старые миры продолжали работать (cncapp01.alliances.commandandconquer.com, cncapp04.alliances.commandandconquer.com, cncapp05.alliances.commandandconquer.com, cncapp07.alliances.commandandconquer.com)
А на этой неделе отвалились все. Не прoгружаются не на Win 7 не на Win 10 .
Отключение защиты в браузере ( Firefox ) и скриптов ничего не меняет.
Выдает ошибку NS_ERROR_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER
Привет! такая же проблема.Но выявил такую вещьюУ меня провайдер Дом.ру и не черта.Ради прикола зашел на работе в рабочем компе там другой провайдер и всё заработало.ожет днло в провайдере.

I don't know that Russia is prevented from access to EA games, I place out there as a possible reason given what your president calls a 'special military operation'. As others have said, it could be that your provider is poor or blocking access. A block on acceess, if it exists, could be internal to your country or provider or from EA. My understanding is that many game publishers have player helping player forums as well as official routes for assistance.
Trying other places to access the game such as mobile/cell phone data or a neighbour with a different provider or work may be helpful.

Та же ситуация, дружище, из России под разными браузерами с разных компов (( и никаких ответов, советов, может они как-то заблокированы оказались вместе с Телеграмом?
Сегодня 25 февраля 2026 в районе 17 часов (по Москве) удалось зайти на все сервера. Провайдер ( у меня Beeline) перезагружал оборудование. Но длилось это недолго 10-15 минут и потом всё опять отвалилось. Думаю есть смысл пообщаться с технической поддержкой провайдера.

But it didn't last long, 10 to 15 minutes, and then everything fell off again. I think it makes sense to talk to the provider's technical support.
