Cant purchase Funds
When I open the page to purchase funds it wont load the page where I select purchase arrangements and amounts

:) problem fixed , I was able to buy funds.
No computer guru , but followed the suggestions given here, I disabled firewall, using Microsoft Edge under settings ,changed cookies setting to allow all , and cleared cookies & cache.
