C&C tiberium Alliances Second Base Continuos Crystal Production is 0/h

Hi everyone i just started my second base but i have no continuos crystal production i only get packeges is this a bug? thank you

yes i got it to work by putting silos next to the crystals

Did you already put harvesters on your crystal fields?
