C&C tiberium Alliances Second Base Continuos Crystal Production is 0/h

Harvesters don't give continuous production, that is what silos are for. Harvesters only drop packages for you to pick up, and the XXX/hour number given is the amount of crystals you can get from packages per hour. It's the same with Power plants too, you need an accumulator or to be adjacent to a crystal field to get continuous power production.
