You do not need a new login to the game although a new gmail account would enable you to work better - it enables you to log into chrome via two different gmail accounts at the same time, thus allowing 2 different cnc games to be running on the same computer.
Do a little research on Chrome Profiles - all the information is here on the forums or on google.
