Chat Does Not Work
The Chat screen freezes up after 5 lines. Can press Enter all i want but the msg isnt inputted. Another great feature of 18.3 ?

cleared everything also, what the f is going on
cant talk to anyone in the alliance, everything was fine for me, nothing changed .. no disconnects or nothing, now suddenly I have this problem
