collect rewards after destroing the fortres

The 'pictures with the eyes' are markers set by your alliance commanders.

To collect the rewards for killing the fortress you collect them from the missions section on the left of your screen (unless you have disabled this). http://prntscr.com/skwbes shows my mission. Once the fortress is killed then the red will turn green and you can collect the rewards.

The markers are blue and do not change by pushing the collect buttom

I'm a little confused. The markers should not have a 'collect' button.

The colour of the markers varies depending on the type of marker you Commanders set. They are of no relevance to collection of the rewards for killing the fortress.

One thing you can be sure of, it is not a problem related to your geographical location in the Netherlands.

yes, the marker has no collect button, but when i click on the marker i get a lot of tekst beside it and on the bottom is a collect button. and that one is gray.
Till i came to the hubs it al worket perfect. markes changed in collor and i could collect all. after the hubs i cannot collect anyting. did i do anything wrong?
Its good that it can not be a geographic problem, i asked it because i talk to players from Germany and the uk and they had no problem with it
