Command and Conquer: Tiberium Alliances

I am a long-time player of this PC game. Though it is a 'free-to-play' game,  I support the game financially every month, averaging $25. to $40. I have been playing this game since 2014.

Over the last 2-3 days, either I cannot connect at all to the servers ('Wrath 29' World), or if I do connect in-game functions do not work. I have cleared cache, cookies, etc, to no avail. My Windows 10 PC has all current updates, and has very fast, high-quality components, and is working fine. I have a fast Cox-cable connection to the internet.

I called EA tech support 30 minutes ago. They called me back, and basically said that it's an older game that they don't really support any longer, and I need to seek help on the forums. Which is interesting, as they continue to accept MY financial support for their game...

I am hoping for some help to correct this situation. Thanks for any help. My In-game user name is '5-Card-Major'.
