Command Points of compensation not going past 100

Several players on world 104 and wrath 22 noticed that after the compensation was given, the command points went from 100/100 to 100/300. But the next day and for some two days, when getting back on, it still said 100/300. No command points were given past 100. None had moved bases, none had bases destroyed, etc. All other compensation seemed to work except for the command points going past 100.
