commencing alliance/ base resources after get destroyed by forgotten bases

f. bases has destroyed me, but for the whole 12 hours after that i did nit get any of alliance or base resources, cannot attack or farm without alliance bonuses, my rank decrease, third base delayed... also another thing f. bases keep attacking (high level) despite on have some members closer than me to the boarder, like they are chasing me

fix this bug plz
