Current unavailability of some servers: how about Tiberian 2 (Europe) ?

there are at least a dozen threads stating CNC is offline currently with no ETA

this server is off line for more than 24 hours - it is hard to find any information about the status - correction: i can not find any information!!!
I find it very disapointing this lack of information. I am playing here with funds (for fun) - not quit acceptable this poor performance and info..

surprise - surprise.. just finishing typing 2. postand returning to the game (other world) I see that also Tib2 is online.... but it seems this world was frozen all the time... I miss a lot of packages and repair time.... are they going to correct this also?
