Don't use any of your supplies you may have built up

I was trying to use up my power supplies so I could level up the last of my defenses. Guess I should have payed more attention, after using 150 power supply I had stored my power increase for that base was the exact same I started with. So they are gone now and still can't level up. Sure glad they were not supplies I had purchased.
Can't believe EA Developers deploys "maintenance/update patches that are this corrupt. I feel very bad for the funded supplies people are using not realizing the game is steeling there purchased supplies. Come on guys just take the game completely down and fix,test,fix test, test test first and then deploy a working and stable game! PLEASE
