OK, I will be clearer.  This issue existed in early December.

This was asked many times already and has been drawn to the attention of EA. It's not just English, other languages have the same problem. If you change the 'en-gb' to 'en-us' or 'en-en' and your location to USA then you may be able to log in and play.

This problem existed in December, well before Christmas.
