its weekend, no one is online from envision, so have a nice weekend outside your home :) before monday nothing will changed, its everytime the same, someone from envision went home and push wrong button at leaving work, so all goes down ;)

What if it wasn't Envision's fault?
I read on twitter that massive attacks were being made on some large software companies.

Software development is part of Envision.
The proper functioning of the servers and communications are the responsibility of EA.
Of course, you can always make a claim to EA for the problems detected, contact your local support contact or use the EA error page https://help.ea.com/
