Firestorm 11. Level 58 Tunnel Exits

Would you please explain why the maximum outpost level seems to be capped at 50 when we have Level 58 Tunnel Exits? Kinda defeats the object.

We will be doing a restart of the Firestorm 11 world between 12:00 - 13:00 UTC, so roughly in one hour.
This serv4es to make changes to the worlds configuration and allow for spawning higher level outposts.

wont let me place defences in fs30
lets me place walls but not scorpions states requirements as defence hq and facility level 1 which i have and it doesnt highlight the scorpion defence unit or let me place it now

Attacked by destroyed bases
Hello! This is probably a known bug of the game, that even, if you destroy an enemy base, it is attacking up to two times after destruction, named as "Destroyed", This sucks!!!
