Help. I'm unable to log into my account on firestorm 30. Every time I click on the sign in button the page just refreshes.

You can use the green button top right of the screen written "play" then select "launch the game". Should work

But I can not change accounts or open up any other accounts.
Log out of the forum and you will be automatically kicked out of your account. Then you can reconnect.
Tried that option but it still will not let you change world or add funds. Keeps reverting to Sign in Page.
But i can still Launch the world i am stuck in with the green button
Have you tried changing the WORLD using links from your browser history?
For example:
PTE https://cncapp08.alliances.commandandconquer.com/320/index.aspx
or
Vet 10 https://cncapp02.alliances.commandandconquer.com/456/index.aspx
etc.
