Funds and Boosts Removed

Question

Hello, I am very annoyed right now. I am very active so I am quite familiar with the time frame of things as to when I purchase things and stuff. That being said I shall get straight to it. I just used my CNC Funds to purchase more CP cap. I purchased the 1 week boost. That was 1.5 days ago. I was sick yesterday so I didn't get online. I get online today and my boost is not only gone but the CP I had saved up is down to 100 as well... And no, my CNC funds which were spent to get the boost was not returned to me. I would SERIOUSLY like answers. ASAP. Thank you. :) And yes, I have been a member of this community for YEARS.

Yes, the World name would be really helpful to start looking for the source of your problem, or has the issue solved itself?

I was greatly annoyed and stopped playing for awhile so I did not see your post(s) nor did I think to put a world up. It is Firestorm 11. I figured they could simply go into the system and view my account but you're right. Thanks.

So does that mean the boost reappeared again? Or should we still look for a missing item.
