Funds problems [update]

Attention Commander!
As some of you may have already noticed, there are currently some problems with the funds-system; the service is not availabe and you cannot buy funds at the moment.
We are aware of this issue and are already solving it, we will inform you here when the problem is resolved, and we will also keep you updated about all other progress in this thread.

    Problem not solved at all. Tried to buy with my new card and it won't accept it :(
    Probably won't be solved until after the "offer" is over.

    you should contact the offical EA support, since we don`t have any control over anything payment related like that. :)

    buyed funds for my old acc again , so i'm funding now 3 acc, but on this acc i still din't get my funds , so how long before i get it???

    You need to contact EA support - funds issues can not be resolved here.

    and funds issues can't be resolved here as it is a function of EA and not the developers. You still need to contact EA support direct.
