Future reliability of Cncopt

Time and time again, flash is being depreciated from google chrome. Sometime in the future, it would be impossible to use Cncopt. I don't know if this is true with other browsers, but I am using Cncopt on chrome and had to tinker with some registries to have it run each time I open it. I have a question, will Cncopt ever get taken down and/or upgraded to a HTML5 version? Who's the author behind this wonderful app that makes base building for Tiberium alliances a breeze? Without it, players can't optimize their base for a given layout. Once Cncopt becomes unusable, players cannot optimize their bases properly anymore.
