Game Error
Hi, I was transferring 2.5T crystals from base 14 to base 5 on World 42. They disappeared from base 14, but weren't added to base 5. Who can help with the issue? Thanks.

Hopefully an investigation will take place and even a response :cold_sweat: - As @gamerdruid already said, we are aware of this issue and will investigate. Can you tell us at which time this happened?

we've checked the logs and found the trade. The logs do not show any errors.
But in case anything goes wrong the trade is handled as a transaction, which means that when something goes wrong everything will be rolled back and no resources are transferred (and no credits are deducted).

I've reloaded the game several times and it didn't help. I had more than 2.5T of crystals that I transferred that day. Now I only have 316.8G in base 14 that I have accumulated since the day of transfer. No resources were added to base 5. If no error occurred, then what happened to my 2.5T crystals in base 14? Please check all logs for that day, specifically a transfer from base 14 where I had all these resources. Can you see how many crystals I had a day before?- seems like u found the problem...

When I said disappear, it means they left base 14 and weren't added to any of my bases. It's hard not to notice 2.5T crystals in other bases, isn't it? Loosing those crystals due to a bug in the game slows down my development.
