I can log into Tib 25, then it comes up with script error, can not collect, can not play. been a week now, can you fix the problem so i can play. thanks

Now tell me why should i do all that, Clear the cache, delete cookies and deactivate the scripts. Maintane is done on my system. can these techs not fix tib 25, it was working up to the last up date that was done .
