Game unplayable in Firefox and Chrome with all scripts disabled - Vet World 4

I have disabled all scripts and am getting this error upon trying to exit out of the base screen. Game halts. silence.ogg:1 GET https://prodgame07.alliances.commandandconquer.com/381/resource/qx/s...

@Penmaker63 I've found that, on a PC, I can get the same message if the security settings or anti-virus settings have been updated.
