GAME WILL NOT LOAD ON TIB 36.

Can't get on T36 on chrome. Stuck on loading screen, no movement on bar. F5 or F12 used to work, but nolonger.
I can get in on firefox, but no scripts loaded, (it's not my normal browser). What's happening. I can get into W11 and W22 ok in chrome (pressing F12)?

I'm having the same problem on W53. Very frustrating after the recent crisis in logging on. Especially as I have bought a lot of funds that I can no longer access! Any ideas on this guys

Thank you for letting us know, we are already looking into this, it seems only worlds on cncapp02 are affected. We hope we can fix this without restart of the server but I'll let the community know what goes on.

can you tel me why we seem to be on cncapp02 ... seems a shitty service we getting now ... cheap n cheerful imho

Cncapp02 is one of our servers, not the hoster. There is a 29 hour window in which some worlds are getting automatically restarted. It doesn't seem to be a hardware issue though, so we are looking into resolving this, it may require a maintenance downtime.

over six years i have played this game I have never been locked out of a game and the worst thing I have spent 5000 fund on cp and rt i can not use.

There is a known issue with some installations of chrome. The has been discussed in other threads.
