Has there been a change in updates as I am having problems with placing marker

Hi, I am wondering if maybe rules have changed as I can put marker in as owner of account, but can't do it for subs (I was able to a while ago)...I have checked and all the subs have officer status.....

Thanks for the quick response.I am CIC...All my subs are officer level already (as stated)..Do I need to make them higher maybe?Ta broch
