How is Sector Jumping calculated?
Having more than 8 bases at various levels spread across multiple sector and some far in the back and some close to the Fortress, how can I calculate where I can possibly land in a new sector? For ex...

When sector jumping all bases are grouped together, dependant on space being available. If no space is available because of Forgotten bases then space is made. However if jumping into a player populated area they can become spread out somewhat.
How to calculate the landing location with some near the edge and some near the fortress, I'm afraid others will have to answer as I don't know!
