How to join the new world Tiberium 37?

I can't find a way to join Tiberium 37 (the latest new world) because the change server link is not workling.

I get an error message: "signin.ea.com redirected you too many times." when clicking change world link.

Is there a direct link to that world?

Also, how do I suppose to know the new world link in the future if I want to join it as early as possible?

    I posted the error message on my original post above. This is the error message:
    "signin.ea.com redirected you too many times." when clicking change world link.

    The small page (shown in the change server container window) is white blank with some sort of smile picture and when you hover the mouse to that picture you will see that error message.

    For now I can only recommend you to clear cache & cookies and sign out and back in, this usually does the trick in these cases.
