All numbered worlds were closed to new players a while ago. Only the Firestorm, Tiberium and Wrath series of worlds are now visible to new players. This was a decision made by the developers.
Maybe @Tjapka can see them for a different reason.
It's difficult to see on the video posted - but here is my screen shot of available worlds with area set to 'all'

Looking down the list, world 82 appears (it shouldn't be there so maybe @tjapka altered something ;) )
