I can't relocate my bases

I 'm trying to relocate my base, but every time i try, warning does not let me do it. I can't scroll this warning and it covers the relocate button. I tried on Google and Brave browser, but it didn't ...

Try zooming to 80% - this may relocate the message. If that doesn't work, try setting your Language in-game to English if is not set to English now.
