I need Modérator !! Change name game

Hello / good nightI would like help from a moderator please, here I would like to change the pseudo in game (because a person has the same nickname as me) except that it is impossible to change it in game. I contacted EA's technical department, who told me to write a message on the game board so he could help me.I thank the moderators for their help.

Unfortunately it is not now possible for to change your display name in game. You need to contact EA help.
The changes appear to be made in the About Me section, but when looking at existing worlds no change is made it is only in the About Me that the changes seem to stay.

Thank you Gamerdruid for your answer, I contacted the Ea Games support, and they told me clearly that he could change the name of Origin's but not the nickname In Game. They told me that I had to contact the moderators of the game (or the creators) because you only have the tools to do that.

Well he is wrong about moderators - we have no 'in game' tools at all!  Obviously the creator (or maintainers) may have that facility to change in case very inappropriate names are used but I'm not aware of them using such a tool.
