ingame names has changed to my origins name, cant change back?

due to the login over worldmaps (as i couldnt login on different servers on the usual page) my CnC Name was overwritten by my Origin-ID. I can't change it back to my CnC name with the same method, as it shows that my CnC name (ffeffe) is already given (yes too me)

So pls can you rename me back (just for CnC TA to ffeffe, not my origin-id) as stored on my origin account page?
