I'm not exactly sure tbh, as I am not part of EA's billing and payment team. However from the information I can find, this seems to be possible. EA Game Cards add to your EA Wallet, which is a payment option in the Purchase menu for Funds.
Obviously this will only work if the purchase page is working, unless there is another option.
