Just started trying to set up my new 'found' 2nd base...

In 'Command and Conquer: Tiberium Alliances'...... Just started trying to set up my new 'found' 2nd base, BUT, I received very little Tiberium and Crystral resources!!!!!!!! Only able to get my Cons...

I'm the OP. I've been playing CCTA since @ 2012 on and off. I know the level of resources that is typically received for a new 2nd base. I have "knowledge" of the game. I received about 10% of what I was supposed to get.

I have an open case at EA on this issue. They told me to do a 'clean boot' of my PC, in case something (an app or process) interfered with me getting the correct amount of resources.
