Nice to see some one else has the same problem. by way clear catch, etc also does not solve the problem also Resetting computer does not work and this happens on ALL Browsers
It does work for some people, not all. It works for me in the UK. It may not work in Spain, France, Mexico or India, I can't test those places. Changing location in this way doesn't change your language settings.
Can you actually get to http://www.ea.com and change the country (don't even try to login)?
