This is the cause of the errors. The infrastructure does have 24x7 support, unfortunately it doesn't always pick up the fact the game has an issue.

The Envision team are aware of the issue and have reported that the EA network is indeed having issues. As they are aware of the issue a team will be working to resolve them.

Fund, crates etc have not been lost and will return when the issues are resolved.

Anybody lost all stored supply packages after server maintenance as me? How to recover them?

I've lost everything my 72 crate of command point, the compensation they gived when the server was offline and all of the other crates that I got Tiberium, Crystal, Energy

They are not lost - they are simply unreachable due to a network/database communication issue.

As it is a communication issue, any packages gained during the difficulties may not ever appear!

Do not attempt to purchase any!!!

We have the habit of shouting and blaming Envision always before a game failure and it is not correct.
The game is part of the EA family, who are globally responsible.
Every application can be divided into three parts (leaving aside the operating system on which they work):
1.- The software, which are the games, their rules, their graphics, their game possibilities
2.- The hardware, which are the containers of the software and that allow its operation
3.- The communications, which are the fundamental part of every game so that all the hardware is linked and can act as is correct. In this part you can include the whole issue of licenses, security codes and more.
When maintenance is announced in the game it can be any of these three parts mentioned.
The first is where the Envision team works and not 100% because there are parts, such as the management of funds, which I think it is not directly yours.
The second and third are the direct responsibility of EA and many times we shout to the developers for failures in this part where they can not do anything until the EA team solves it.

We can only hope that EA is working on the resolution of the incidents and have patience.

What is wrong on wrathe 18 all my ressource packs are suddenly gone and no I did not spend them all, even new once I capture does not accumulate and yes I restarted everything twice. Playing on win 10 with Google Chrome latest version.
