Looking for camp/base scanner

Could anyone suggest a good script for camp scanner? Also, where can I download the script? Thanks.

Does "run it manually" mean I have to run it without using Tampermonkey?
If yes, do you have the instruction handy on how to run it manually (I've never done this before)?
