I lost 6.5 million resources, 40–50k Funds, approximately 300 CP, and 150 FP because of this error. What is this all about?

Which world and which account name?

Wotan1, World 72. 

Overnight, I received 3 repair credits, but some are still missing—as can certainly be verified. It would also be nice to recover the resources I lost as a result; I fell behind because the base I had partially destroyed was subsequently wiped out by someone else.

And another thing I noticed: I only have one supply point this morning—which obviously can't be right, either.

sorry this took a bit longer to investigate. On May 12th the log shows several successful transactions of items but also failed attempts due to an insufficient balance. For these fails no CCTA Fundas were deducted and no items granted. For the successful cases there are no additional errors when granting the in-game items, otherwise the whole transactions would have been rolled back.

Please keep that some items, as repair time, are granted to the currently selected base. So maybe another base was selected when you did this?

No, no other base was assigned; the repair times were only partially credited overnight—which is why I couldn't finish destroying the forgotten base. Furthermore, the loss is no longer worth anything at this point, given that a week has passed in the meantime. I will draw my own conclusions from this.
