Misssing reward for leading alliance in Firestorm 7

Question

Misssing reward for leading alliance in Firestorm 7  ally HANCOCK  not get reward  I  change ally  now  and think this is a case but other players who still are in HANCOCK  also  not get  this reward for best alliance in chalange - It's cold,kill infected!  , can you please correct this ?
