Multi Factor Authentificaiton Issue (MOBILE ONLY)

Despite the fact that everything was working just fine prior to this recent glitch, a few days ago when I ask to send the PIN code to my phone, it doesn't. Works on my email address but is a pain.
Is there a way to re-register my phone maybe? or is something else going on?
  • Have you tried logging into Origin where you originally registered for 2 Factor Authentication? You should be able to change your options there and as part of that enter your phone number again.
  • Hi gamedruid. thanks for the advice, I will try it. Still can't log into Tiberium 12 :( and I will check the profile. The only way I get to here is using my email account. Let's see what tomorrow brings. I miss my world!!!
  • Yep checked my contacts as you suggested. When I ask to verify to my phone (which was correctly listed) I never got the phone message. I have a Samsung Platinum phone 3 years old.
    So I use my online email to get my PIN.
    I think it will take a while to clear out all the gremlins.
  • It could be your carrier is blocking the messages from EA as they come through to me in the UK ok.
  • agreed, anything is possible, just the coincidence that it only started last week Friday :( Works fine on my email, that how I go here now.
